Sandeep Mittal Manages Global Delivery Excellence within `Nirvana Infocom. In this role, Mr. Mittal oversees the delivery excellence capability—including methods, tools, and training—across Nirvana Infocom. He is currently leading the development the next generation methods, tools and architectures Nirvana Infocom will use for project management, applications development, and application management. Mr. Mittal also leads complex ERP system integration, functionality enhancement delivery engagements for Nirvana Infocom. Prior to Nirvana Infocom, Mr.Mittal has managed multiple project life-cycles from inception to deployment in Microsoft, Intel, and Meryl lynch and EBay. He also has marketing and experience in Pharmaceutical industry, where he managed several cross-functional projects. Mr. Mittal is MBA Seattle University. He also has MBA and BS from one of first flight Indian University (Delhi University).

Prasanna Prabhu, CSM, brings over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in Asia and in the US with large international clients in roles of increasing responsibility enriching his experience in both software development and business management. He has worked on large software development projects involving critical application development within the Manufacturing and the telecommunications industry. Since 2004, Prasanna has worked with multiple Agile teams, and specifically Scrum. As a Scrum Master and Project Manager Prasanna he is focused on providing value to key stakeholders and customers through the effective delivery of software solutions. He also leverages his prior work experience in India where he worked for ISO 9001 organization while successfully managing teams. He has run extremely successful Scrum teams and his projects have been identified as “Model” projects in the past. He is a member of the Scrum Alliance and the IASA.

Nirdesh Mittal is Technology Evangelist with 14 years of experience in design and development of Web-based Applications with traditional and contemporary technologies and infrastructure in the companies such as Microsoft, Cap Gemini and British telecom. He has first hand experience in a variety of projects involving large-scale corporate web solutions, law-enforcement web applications and in-house development of web-modules to be integrated in large sites. He has come from the traditional Software Development environment with strong programming skills in C, C++, C#, Java and SQL. His experience involving writing user-interfaces to device drivers gives him the ability to analyze and understand a problem and come up with alternative solutions.

Mr. Feroze Shaikh brings over 15 years of IT experience in US with several leading US Companies including Unisys Corporation and others in Silicon Valley. He is responsible for business development and engagement with US clients. He has graduated with B.S and M.S in Computer Science from well reputed Universities in US.

Neil Gautama brings a rich experience in the field of Sales and marketing with a diverse background in media/ technology sales/construction-project management/realestate sales and marketing.he handles the business development and relationship mangement of the canadian clients.
